You
may choose to marry at the Castle in Kaprun. The Kaprun
Wedding Package
stays the same, it is only the actual place you get married which
changes. There is a small charge for exclusive use of the Castle
during the ceremony.
The
Castle is thought to have been constructed around the 12th century
because of the Roman architecture on its east tower. Though only
recently introduced by us for weddings, it is a wonderful venue and
perfect for couples looking for a wedding with character.
Kaprun
Castle is the largest ruins in the region. Built on a cliff edge in
a dominating position, a bailey wall pulls along the south and west
sides, and encloses at the eastern side in a low advancing.
