Les Quais Le Mauricia’s main restaurant, is set amidst roofed terraces and extended wooden decks that run the length of the slate swimming pool. The décor, enhanced by white ceilings, is evocative of a marina wharf. Modern storage cupboards and cooking stations are shaped like boat hulls and a unique feature is a stainless steel bridge that spans over the buffet areas. Behind the live cooking stations, floor-to-ceiling glass, through which you can view the kitchen, makes a strong visual statement. Antiques collected from the local seaports, such as a vintage marine lantern, add the final touches. Le Nautic The minimalist white interiors of Le Nautic will appeal to those looking for a more intimate atmosphere.
