Paradis is the main dining venue that overlooks the pool and
beach to provide spectacular views of the sea. American buffet-style
breakfast is served, giving guests the choice of fruit, cereals and
cooked breakfast on which to feast. A la carte lunchesand theme
buffet dinners are served every day. Afternoon tea is another option
for guests who prefer to nibble on pancakes later in the day.

Dine
under the stars at La Ravanne
La
Ravanne offers guests the chance to sample the many flavours of
local creole cooking. Situated beyond the luxury villas, this
restaurant is set under the stars and can be approached by sea on a
pirogue, which departs at regular intervals in the evening from the
Blue marlin restaurant. A traditional mauritian atmosphere is created
and is further enhanced by the fine cuisine.

Blue Marlin
is charmingly adorned with the artefacts of deep-sea fishing, a sport
particularly honoured at the resort. This beach restaurant is open
for breakfast and a la carte lunch. Dinner is also served, with the
choice of a la carte of table d'hote menu. An especially romantic

are 2 freshwater pools for those who are not tempted by the 5 mile
white beach. Daytime activities include gold, tennis, water-skiing,
wind surfing, sailing and scuba diving - all offer professional
instruction should you wish to learn or improve. In addition, paradis
has a fully equipped gym, squash courts, and its own fleet of big
game fishing boats.

Sega
Dancing on the Beach
In
the evening, entertainment is provided in the form of cabaret, and
traditional Sega dancing is performed once a week.

Golf*:
Set between Le Morne mountain and the ocean, you can play a leisurely
round of gold while soaking in the scenery of paradise. The
challenging 18 hole course is one of the best on the island. You can
