Le
Paradis is the main dining venue that overlooks the pool and
beach to provide spectacular views of the sea. American buffet-style
breakfast is served, giving guests the choice of fruit, cereals and
cooked breakfast on which to feast. A la carte lunchesand theme
buffet dinners are served every day. Afternoon tea is another option
for guests who prefer to nibble on pancakes later in the day.
Dine
under the stars at La Ravanne
La
Ravanne offers guests the chance to sample the many flavours of
local creole cooking. Situated beyond the luxury villas, this
restaurant is set under the stars and can be approached by sea on a
pirogue, which departs at regular intervals in the evening from the
Blue marlin restaurant. A traditional mauritian atmosphere is created
and is further enhanced by the fine cuisine.
Le
Blue Marlin
is charmingly adorned with the artefacts of deep-sea fishing, a sport
particularly honoured at the resort. This beach restaurant is open
for breakfast and a la carte lunch. Dinner is also served, with the
choice of a la carte of table d'hote menu. An especially romantic
ambience, candlelit dining to music of the ocean waves is not to be missed.
La
Palma is a restaurant blending the flavours of Italy within the
tropical setting every evening. A a la carte menu promises to serve
your dreams on a platter and make an occasion of the dining

The
accommodation consists of 12 opulently furnished and spacious three
bedroom Deluxe Villas and 1 exclusive dual level Presidential Villa,
featuring four bedrooms. Each villa is situated only metres from the
beach. Accommodation includes a continental breakfast, valet and
motorized club cart with each villa.
Valet
Service & Meals
Each
villa has a valet whose duties include preparing a continental
breakfast, cleaning of the villa, washing up and providing tea and
coffee for guests. Guests can order additional supplies for meals
through a replenishment system. A chef can be hired for preparation
and cooking of evening meals. Continental breakfast is included.
Other food and supplies are at the expense of the residents of the Villa.
Golf*:
Set between Le Morne mountain and the ocean, you can play a leisurely
round of gold while soaking in the scenery of paradise. The
challenging 18 hole course is one of the best on the island. You can
even test your skills in one of the regular competitions held
regularly by the resort (ask for details).
Deep-sea
fishing*: Paradis Fishing boasts seven big game fishing boats,
all modern and well equipped. Competitions are regularly held at
Paradis, with anglers gathering from around the world. the Paradis
fleet also hold several world records for the heaviest Marlin
catches, and photos at the Blue Marlin restaurant hold testimony to
this fact!
